Thank you for this blog, I’ve learned very much from it and am encouraged in my own beginning alchemy work. I’ve started to distill alcohol from red wine. I get about 150 ml per 1 liter of wine, am I on the right rack?

Yes, you need 10L of red wine to produce about 1 L of pure Spirit of Wine.
